At CloudFashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return a product, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Period You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your product.

Return Policy:

If you need to return your order, please fill out the form located at the bottom of the page.

Return:

3 to 5 working days from the pickup date, including quality check and refund. for Cairo and Giza.

5 to 7 working days from the pickup date, including quality check and refund for the rest of the governorates.

Exchange:

5 to 7 working days from the pickup date for Cairo and Giza Orders.

7 to 10 working days from the pickup date for the rest of the governorates.

You can return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.

Note: Pickup will be done within 48 hours of the exchange or return request.

If the product is returned in a condition other than its original condition, the product will be returned to you again.

Delivery and return fees are charged from the original order value during the refund as it is not refundable.

We have several options for refunding your return order:

If the order was paid in cash upon receipt, your refund will be added to your wallet credit to use it on your next order.

Please note that the value of the order will be refunded to the same payment method if your order was paid by any bank card or BNPL provider.

If the amount is returned to the same payment method, it takes 3 to 14 working days for the amount to appear on your account again.

Exchange Policy:

The exchange is available to any available product on the website, provided that the exchangeable item is in the same condition as received, in its original box, with the price tag.

The exchange process takes 5 to 7 working days. The original order will be collected from you, and once it is returned to us and inspected, the exchange order will be shipped to you.

Shipping Fees & Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to approved exchange or refund requests.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a wrong item or a product with a factory defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund -based on your preference- within the first 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If a factory defect appears after use (within 30 days of receiving the item), we offer a product warranty to resolve the issue, following our standard guidelines.
